What Shipping Methods Are Available?
At Crown Hair, we strive to offer fast and efficient shipping to all of our customers. We currently ship by courier to addresses within India. -We usually ship out the product in 5-7 working days (Sunday holiday). Upon placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation email.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday-Friday will be processed the same day and orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
In the event of a delay or lost package, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept the following forms of payment: Debit Card ,Credit Card and Online Net Banking. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Our hassle-free returns policy lets you try out and use a product before deciding whether it works for you. In case it doesn't, we also have the ability to directly provide a refund to your card.

How do I place an Order?
First you need to select a item you want to buy then click on either add to cart or buy now option. Then you need to put your delivery address details and then choose payment method. That's it. You may login to your Crown Hair account for purchase or you can purchase as a guest.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
All sales are final, and no refund will be issued. In case of a request for exchange, the customer has to provide the following details:
•The customer has to provide a proof of no damage to the product, or the product hasn’t been used by the customer.
•The customer has to provide the images of the product from all the angles for the investigation by the team.
•In any situation if the company feels an attempt of fraud, all the claims will be considered as invalid.
•The request for an exchange should be submitted within 2 days after the product gets delivered. Any claim after that day forward would not be entertained.
How Do I Track My Order?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday-Friday will be processed the same day and orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You can track your order by Courier Tracking Number. we send you by Whats up or SMS .
How Can I Return a Product?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel it.
